AdsGone Popup Killer is the #4 popup killer software. Along with your subscription to AdsGone Popup Killer, A1 Tech provides a one-year subscription to AllTracksGone Personal Privacy Window Washer to give you added protection while eliminating popups and popunders.

While the popup killer softwarer is an excellent and capable program, it isn't quite as easy to use as our #1-ranked product, Super Ad Blocker.

Ease of Use, Rated 4.5
AdsGone Popup Killer includes an easy-to-use control panel where you can adjust the available settings for blocking popups and popunders. The program also includes tools to stop spyware and adware.

The popup killer software needs a little improvement with its interface, however. Instead of having just a button to launch the control panel, it would be nice if you could directly access tools from your browser toolbar or with a right-click.

Even though AdsGone Popup Killer has some nice features such as spyware and adware protection and a free one-year subscription to their privacy protection software, we feel the feature set of AdsGone Popup Killer is an area where they could use some improvement.

One popular new advertising technique is Flash animation; The popup killer software is not able to block Flash ads.

We were impressed with the help and documentation provided with AdsGone Popup Killer. This is one of the only popup killer programs that we reviewed that provides some sort of tutorial.

Even though AdsGone Popup Killer performed above-average on the tests we ran it through, it failed to let some good (legitimate) popups activate. The popup killer software also failed to block some JavaScript popups, on-click popups and delayed popups.

Security
The security features equipped with AdsGone Popup Killer are among the best. Not only does it offer tracks erasing and privacy protection, it also allows you to protect your security settings with a password.

One of the security features we would like to see in future versions of AdsGone Popup Killer is homepage protection.

Summary
Overall, we found AdsGone Popup Killer to be a good popup killer programs. It provides some of the best tools for allowing popup ads (a whitelist) and blocking (blacklisting) ads.

Where we feel AdsGone needs improvement to compete with our top-ranked popup killer is its effectiveness and feature set. If A1 Tech can improve upon these areas, then the popup killer programs might be able to become the #1-ranked popup killer program.
